Radius Pickup Scanner is operated by Multikapitał Sp. z o.o. The app reads order details from Shopify to verify and record collection. It stores order and fulfillment identifiers, station settings, staff access records and collection history. Customer names and products are displayed to authorized scanner staff but are not stored in our pickup database. Private pickup links are included in Shopify Flow events when codes are created. Hosting is provided by Render; Shopify processes authentication, order updates and Flow workflows. The owner chooses an expiry date or access until revoked. Application records are deleted after uninstall; you can also request access or deletion by contacting hello@radiusdelivery.app. Hosting providers may retain their operational logs under their own policies. The scanner uses an essential session cookie and camera access only when requested. No advertising trackers are included.
